Unless noted, all orders have a 7-10 business day turn around (excluding weekends and holidays) beginning the following business day after the order has been placed.
PLEASE NOTE: Turn around times are subject to change with or without notice due to unexpected events (i.e., sickness, family emergency, etc.). Turn around times may also change due to hardware/supplies that are shipped overseas (to us) and held in customs. We do not have control over how long a package with supplies will take to clear in customs and as of recent, it is taken much longer than normal. Orders may ship incomplete to adhere to the turn around times and once the expected hardware has arrived, the remaining items in an order will ship. All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled due to hardware/supplies being held in customs. Should there be a delay with any of the above, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Effective 5/12/25: We will continue to use UPS (only) as our carrier with a $5 flat rate fee. Orders $75 or more will automatically receive free shipping. This change is for US mainland states only.
Shipping notifications will be sent to the e-mail address that has been provided by the customer at checkout.
All order inquries must be submitted to hello@opalrain.com. Order inquiries submitted via DM through Instagram will not be answered.
Opal & Rain's admin hours are Tuesday 8:30am-3:30pm ET and Thursday 8:30am-1:30 pm ET. Emails are reviewed and responded during these admin hours only. We do not respond to e-mails outside of our admin hours.
Coupon/discount codes must be used at time of checkout. Opal & Rain cannot go back and apply a coupon/discount code once an order has been placed. Promotional discount codes (excluding TA codes) are ONE PER CUSTOMER. Customers who place multiple orders during a drop who use multiple e-mail addresses for their orders in order to receive the promotional discount more than once will result in ALL orders, including future orders, to be cancelled.
Should your order arrive damaged, you must contact Opal & Rain via e-mail (hello@opalrain.com) within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Opal & Rain does not have control over packages that are currently in transit with their carrier (UPS). If your order is lost, forwarded, rerouted or returned, you must inquire with the carrier for an explanation.
Opal & Rain is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Should a package be returned to Opal & Rain due incorrect, invalid, undeliverable address or any unknown reason by UPS, it is the customers responsibility for additional shipping charges to reship the package. It is NOT the responsibility of Opal & Rain.
Orders that are returned to Opal & Rain for the above reasons will not be cancelled and/or refunded.
While Opal & Rain does provide free repairs* (this depends on the nature of the break), it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping both ways. Estimated turn around time for all repairs is 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).
OPAL & RAIN DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
