Processing/Shipping

All items are in stock and ready to be shipped within 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) beginning the following business day after the order has been placed. This processing time allows for assembling earrings as needed, carding and packing all orders. 

PLEASE NOTE: Turn around times are subject to change with or without notice due to unexpected events (i.e., sickness, family emergency, etc.). Turn around times may also change due to hardware/supplies that are shipped overseas (to us) and held in customs. We do not have control over how long a package with supplies will take to clear in customs and as of recent, it is taken much longer than normal. Orders may ship incomplete to adhere to the turn around times and once the expected hardware has arrived, the remaining items in an order will ship. All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled due to hardware/supplies being held in customs. Should there be a delay with any of the above, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

We do not offer “rush” option on any orders. 

Combining shipping: We will combine shipping if multiple orders are placed on the same day during a drop. You MUST leave your request in the note/comment section located in your shopping cart (not the order summary page) during checkout out with your order numbers. We do not combine multiple orders placed on different days and/or during different drops.

Orders $75 or more will automatically receive free shipping and can and will ship UPS or USPS depending on the cost we are covering to ship. 

Color change request for hardware (i.e., gold to silver) is ONLY for styles that contain a ball post as the finished topper. All other topper styles are as is and cannot be changed.

If you wish to have your order shipped to your resort instead, please email the following to hello@opalrain.com: order number, check in date and the full address of the resort you are staying at. Please note: if staying on property, there will be a delivery fee added to your room charge invoice. Opal and Rain is not responsible for this fee. 

Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address that is provided at checkout once your order is complete and ready to be shipped. Shipping information is auto generated with the information provided at checkout by the customer. In the event the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned back to Opal & Rain, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship. Orders that are returned due to error in address cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

All orders ship complete. In the event that Opal & Rain runs a pre-order on earrings and your order contains both in stock and pre order items, you order will not ship until the estimated ship date of the pre-order item(s). If you do not wish to wait, you will need to place two separate orders. This is to cover the cost of additional shipping charges. 

At this time, Opal & Rain only ships within the United States.

Opal & Rain is not responsible for returned, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Should your package arrive damaged, you must contact Opal & Rain within 24 hours of receiving package along with photo documentation of damaged package. Anything after 24 hours is subject to Opal & Rain’s approval.

Discount codes are ONE PER CUSTOMER. Customers who place multiple orders during a drop who use multiple e-mail addresses for their orders will have their orders cancelled. All future orders will also be cancelled. Discount codes must be used at time of checkout. Opal & Rain cannot go back and apply ANY discount codes after the order has been placed.

Opal & Rain does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
